- Images have been released by the Israel Defense Force showing Combat Operations in the Northern Gaza Strip over the last 24 Hours; in the Photos you can see a number of Merkava Mark lV Main Battle Tanks and Caterpillar D9 Armored Bulldozers equipped with Topside-Slat Armor as well as several “Namer” Heavy Armored Personnel Carriers.

- The Death Toll for Israeli Forces during Combat Operations in the Northern Gaza Strip has now risen to 17 with the announcement of Reservist Lieutenant Yuval Zilber, an Officer in the 7007th Infantry Battalion of the Jerusalem Brigade who has Killed yesterday during Battles near Gaza City.

- Ynet military reporter: "The threat of explosives and anti-tank missiles exacted the heaviest price yesterday from the beginning of the ground maneuver in the north of the Gaza Strip:  An RPG that hit the building where a force from the Givat patrol was staying killed two of them, another anti-tank missile hit a Sabar NMR and killed 7 and seriously hit another 4 and an explosive device that exploded on a tank caused the death of two soldiers of the 77th Battalion. May their memory be blessed."
