Is it possible that it has something to do with yeshivas Lita and their many Talmidei Chacham im they produce but you could had always gone to Toire Veyira in Yeruhaim they are always taking Americans with a strong pitching arm
The best hesped said about Reb Boruch Mordechai zt"l by far, here and in E"Y. Reb Michoel has the kishron and the keilim of how to deliver the goods in both, toichen and tzura. Nobody elses comes even close to his koiach hadibbur as well as the powerful messages.
