  2. Why has the yeshiva oilam decided to ignore bais din. The kolell kodshim situation was already decided by a bais din. Why is the Kollel ignoring that? By bringing in the Rosh Yeshiva they are trying to intimidate the board and the neighbors. No one is opposed to growth of torah, but respect to the neighbors is torah too.

  3. Looking at the top 100 power brokers, and you realize how much the unions control NJ. Old mafia tactics renamed as "union". It is also why it's unlikely Schnall can deliver on tuition relief.

    1. A mafia represents the leaders, and shakes people down without providing services.

A Union represents workers, forcing employers to take their wellbeing into consideration.

Mafia = bad, Union = good.

Unions are overwhelmingly controlled by Mafia, stiffing the workers (and management) while collecting fat salaries and payoffs at worker expense m

    3. What do you know about it? The NJEA is the biggest union and I don't know anyone connect with organized crime in my local or statewide membership. Same with electrical workers and other unions. As for the power list, it is so wrong. How can you not list David Sciarra, Chief Justice Rabner, Michael Murphy, Robert Barchi, John Farmer? What about retired Justice Stein, Brandon Broderick, Steve Alessi? It is a dumb list.

  4. I was technically right when I said Murphy wanted Menendez's seat. I think the governor wants something bigger but alas, we'll be back in court IY"H quicker than he thinks. A L
