- A Drone which attacked a cargo ship off India earlier today was launched from Iran, Pentagon says. The ship is Israel-linked and the attacked caused a fire on board.

- Another five soldiers of the Givati Brigade's reconnaissance unit were seriously wounded in the battle in which Kananian and Kassie were killed.
- Biden and Prime Netanyahu discussed the “phasing” of Israel’s military campaign in Gaza, as Washington’s desire for Israel to move toward lower intensity fighting against Hamas.
Biden emphasized “the importance of allowing civilians to move safely away from areas of ongoing fighting,” the US readout says, as the administration continues raising its concerns regarding mounting civilian casualties in Gaza.
