The discovery happened nearly three weeks ago after a series of incidents rang alarm bells with the gabboim of 770.  The workers in 770 investigated and got the shock of his life when he discovered the tunnel, burrowed from the mikvah on the corner of Union Street and Kingston Avenue. The tunnel allegedly extended from the mikvah under the Kingston Avenue women’s section of 770, where it exited into the building.
One rumor has it that a group unhappy with being locked out of 770 during COVID decided to create their own way in, with the tunnel being their attempt.

    1. Yes. When I walk on the street I make an effort for shemiras ainayim and try not to notice anyone or anything in my path. Don't want to interrupt my concentration. This concept of saying good shabbos to everyone is a modern minhag that has infiltrated our community with no mesora.

  6. It is very well known that the Chazon ish would put on his glasses when he went on the st to be able to be makdim sholom to anyone. But again each person makes their own gdorim where they are holding. AB holds it’s his way or the highway . He is the virtue of truth and halocho and they’re not argue with him. I guess he has a shamesh to walk him around that either is in a higher madreige than him or he pays him for his service even though according to him he is a moshchos . I am sure he doesn’t want to bump into people and be mazik them or even be oiver worst isurim. Just wondering really just wondering. I also hope he doesn’t drive

    1. Its well known, by the oilam that knows, that AB does not ever leave his house, ever. This is one of the reasons that AB is always on hefkervelt. The real question is why AB has internet in his house. The reason for this is well known by the oilam that knows, but we cannot be mefarsem (for reasons that are well known).
