Before he was welcomed into the white house to sign a deal he had agreed to, he met with the dems who told him to do this disrespectful stunt. Where would Ukraine be - or would it be - if not for the 300 billion given to them by the USA over the past 3 years. Oh, yeah, almost half that money is 'missing'.
Again, politics by dems and willing to sacrifice all of the Ukrainians.
So america gave ukraine 300 billion in aid because zelensky is good at begging. Trump wants Zelensky to sign a deal giving up his countrys resources. He refuses because the original aid was not conditional on that. What is there to apologize for? Also sorry for daring to question the Messiah Trump.

I'm not even sure if I understand the details of the Trump-Zelensky spat but when you are a vulnerable foreign leader meeting the leader of the country you depend on financially , your number one priority is to not get into a fight with or upset him. Zelensky is a disaster in that regard. Even before the elections he didn't have the brains not to run around campaigning with Democrats despite the risk to him if Trump wins. It really makes me question the guy's wisdom and ability to work with adversaries

I studied foreign policy in school and get Foreign Affairs. They all trying to figure the new US policy. One called it Hamiltonian, but that is all about the dollar. Some all it America First, which is the business of America is business era, but the new policy is not isolation. I think the best dimyon is mercantilism, the old British, French, Dutch system after the Geographic Revolution.

All those mineral will go to Britain and France. Goodby American tech on the cutting edge of the battlefield. There will be a new arms race. Britain and France, and most of all, Germany, will have to balance Russia. Now I am really guess. NATO, without America will not hold the Baltic states. The war, once again will start over Poland (not Berlin).

DeleteI forgot to say the Trump policy can't be Hamiltonian because Trump is helping restore power to the states.. Get rid of DOE and most importantly federal control, which means taxing and returning to the states with conditions. He will will lose to Hochel for that reason. The Dens are going to go along with states right because it was alway the Democrat issue. So with the tariff and siding with Russia, the Democrats will win. BTW Tariff also were a Democratic issue, and I am not sure if that is good or bad today. But I pretty much see that Trump is siding with Russia, or in my opinion, the Communist.

Rabbi Cohen, I don't know what you are saying but we are entering a 5 power world again, and 7 if Germany and Japan build up, not the 2 power world of our lifetimes. Europe is the cutting edge and all we are doing is boosting up Airbus, Luger, Siemens, whatever, in place of Space X, Microsoft, Exxon. And when the King of England is as strong as the president of the US, together with France and Germany, there will no longer be American hegemony.
