- Secretary Of State Marco Rubio said on Fox News: Trump lost his patience with Hamas, he has had enough with seeing the hostages come home in drips and emaciated, it is time to end it.

- The hostages gave  president Trump a plaque with the inscription in Hebrew: כל המציל נפש אחת כאילו הציל עולם ומלואו

- Hamas: We agreed to release Israeli hostages with American citizenship—if we receive a commitment that this will lead to the implementation of the second phase of the ceasefire agreement in Gaza

TRUMP  STATEMENT WARNS HAMAS:

"Shalom Hamas" means Hello and Goodbye - You can choose. Release all of the Hostages now, not later, and immediately return all of the dead bodies of the people you murdered, or it is OVER for you. Only sick and twisted people keep bodies, and you are sick and twisted! I am sending Israel everything it needs to finish the job, not a single Hamas member will be safe if you don't do as I say. I have just met with your former Hostages whose lives you have destroyed. This is your last warning! For the leadership, now is the time to leave Gaza, while you still have a chance. Also, to the People of Gaza: A beautiful Future awaits, but not if you hold Hostages. If you do, you are DEAD! Make a SMART decision. RELEASE THE HOSTAGES NOW, OR THERE WILL BE HELL TO PAY LATER!

- The delegation of Hamas hostage survivors met with President Trump: "You are the hope of the hostages." Omar Shem Tov told Trump, "My family and I believe you were sent by God to rescue the hostages."

- White House spokeswoman Caroline Levitt: “We consulted with Israel regarding the negotiations with Hamas. The president believes this is an attempt to do what is right for the American people. These talks are still ongoing. American lives are at stake”

-Trump administration has been secretly engaging in direct negotiations with Hamas to secure the release of American hostages held in Gaza and explore a broader ceasefire agreement.This marks the first time the U.S. has directly negotiated with Hamas. Axios reports. The secret talks being held by Trump’s hostage envoy Adam Boehler are unprecedented, as the US has never before engaged directly with Hamas, which Washington designated as a terror group in 1997. The talks have been taking place in Doha in recent weeks, Axios says, adding that no deal has been reached.

- The survivors of the Hamas captivity, including six who were released in the current deal, are set to meet with senior Trump administration officials and tell them about Hamas' atrocities. They will thank the president for his efforts that led to the deal

- The new IDF Chief of Staff, Eyal Zamir, was sworn in.Taking the helm, Zamir vowed to lead the military to victory, draft members of the ultra-Orthodox community, and bring home all the hostages still held by the Hamas terror group in the Gaza Strip.

- During his address to a joint session of Congress, President Donald Trump highlighted his efforts to secure the release of hostages held by Hamas in Gaza, with some freed captives and their families present in the audience. “In the Middle East, we are bringing back our hostages from Gaza,” he said. "In my first term, we achieved the historic Abraham Accords."  And now we are going to build on their foundations to achieve a prosperous future for this region. There is a lot going on in the Middle East. It is a tough neighborhood."
