- Eretz Hakodesh marketing again in the frum papers spending thousands on numerous ads, while youngeleit are boycotting the papers.
- A small earthquake shook parts of central New Jersey on Friday morning, according to the U.S. Geological Survey. The 1.8-magnitude quake struck shortly before 8:30 a.m. about 4.5 miles from Gladstone in northern Somerset County, according to USGS.
- BDE: Petirah of R' Eliyahu Fink Z”L from Monsey who was struck and killed on the Garden State Parkway late last night. He leaves behind a wife and 3 children a son of Rabbi Aaron Fink, founder of Ateres Bais Yaakov.
According to New Jersey State Police, the fatal accident occurred just before 1 a.m. on the northbound lanes near milepost 146.5 in Essex County. Troopers arriving at the scene found R’ Eli Z”L lying in the roadway, gravely injured and unresponsive. Apparently he was involved in a car accident and went to check his car when he was hit by onother car.
- Tefillos for The Vizhnitzer Rebbe of Lakewood/ Yerushalayim, Rav Lazer Hager shlita who has been diagnosed with a serious illness. The doctors have discovered the illness at an early stage. The rebbe is known for his helping people with medical referrals and advice.

- Heeding the call of the roshei yeshiva regarding the media pushing Eretz Hakodesh slate for WZO, several Lakewood youngekeit have canceled their subscription of weekly newspapers and magazines. Rav Aaron Feldman shlita said the way to counter the money campaign is with boycotting the media.
- The Israeli government has voted unanimously to end Ronen Bar’s term as Shin Bet chief, the Prime Minister’s Office announced in a statement early Friday morning. Bar will end his role on April 10 or when a new Shin Bet chief is appointed - whichever comes first.
Why would anyone have a subscription to any of the frum papers when they can get all of the news right here ?
