- Former White House Chief of Staff Mark Meadows was granted immunity to testify under oath in Special Counsel Jack Smith's Jan. 6 case, ABC News reported. Conservative journalists reporting rumors about him wearing a wire. 

- Update: The livestream for the Lakewood Planning Board meeting was not available tonight for some reason it was set to 6am instead of 6pm. Faanews reports there were several conscientious applications on the agenda.

-Tolls on the Garden State Parkway and New Jersey Turnpike will increase 3% in 2024 after Turnpike Authority commissioners approved a $2.62 billion budget Tuesday that raises tolls 3% on Jan. 1, 2024.

-Rep. Tom Emmer (R-Minn.) won the race to be the next party nominee for speaker Tuesday but withdrew his candidacy within hours when it became clear that not enough Republicans would support him.

- While schools have been giving answers ad accepting kids for next year there's still alot of couples applying for the first time for primary who haven't got any response or an appointment to meet.
