Republicans alleged in a complaint with the Election Law Enforcement Commission filed Monday that those expenses should have been disclosed on Schnall’s initial 29-day pre-election report, initially filed Oct. 10.

“It is contrary to the entire purpose of ELEC for persons and entities to fund and publish political communications without disclosing who paid for them, and for candidates running for political office to flagrantly violate the law requiring disclosure of contributions and expenses in an election,” reads the committee’s complaint. 2. Let's take a bet on what will open first. The Vine/Chestnut-Rt70 extension or Breadberry? They've both been coming soon for years.

    1. How about the new light at New Hampshire and Chestnut. I think that can be added in in the betting.

  4. There Is a bigger picture going on with the elections. It is not just about tuition relief, it is a attempt to fundamentaly change the frum voting block from voting republican to start supporting democrats just like it is done on New York. The askanim feel that we can’t think with our own minds and are sadly influenced by right wing talk radio hosts. Only they are intellectual and know what is best for us.
They are starting with one assembly seat using tuition as a rallying card to fool you but they are not stopping there. They will attempt to flip more seats and change the frum vote to democrat.

    2. Sadly, too many in our community don't think for themselves, and they believe talk show hosts, newspaper editors, and street signs.

Truly thinking demands responsibility, and many people are scared of that.

    3. I'm literally LOL. The point here is simple, the democrats ate in control so if you need power that is the way to go. No need to overcomplicate things.

    1. How will voting Avi Schnall help Murphy resolve this. The only solution is to change the formula. On that note, Schnall says other towns get more than us. If it's a formula, how so?

    2. Google "Abbott district"
A court decision that requires the state to give certain districts lots and lots of $$$
