    1. Your sinas yisroel is dripping off you. That was not a nice comment. I believe you meant it as a joke or to stir up some comments. Yiddin should not be doing that especially during sefira.

    2. Us litvaks are not that familiar with the inside politics among the chasidim. We know there's 2 Satmar 2 Bobov 2 Sadiger, Ger and Ger Torah, Black Slonim white Slonim and 8 viznitz rebbes who get along, there's Belz and Machnivka belz, but we don't know if Viznitz and Belz get along

    3. There are no politics among chasidim. Belz and Vizniyz get along. Satmar and Lubavitch get along. There is achdus among all chasidim, something the litvaks can learn from.

  2. Again with the review.

They've had monitors in Lakewood for ten years. They report to the DOE weekly. She had four lawyers fighting me in the administrative court. They know everything that can possibly be told. How can she need more information? It is like a vicious cycle. They wear you out for ten years to produce a record, and then when you finally win based on the record, they say that the record is too old.

So the accelerated motion is moot:

There is no way the Commissioner is going to get away with this. The Appellate Division said, "The Commissioner owed appellants a thorough review of their substantive argument: the funding structure of the SFRA was unconstitutional as applied to Lakewood's unique demographic situation."

The T & E question was not on the table. The Appellate Court recognized that there were improvements but found that was not good enough. Case closed. The only question was the funding structure.

The Court ended by saying, "we reverse and remand, with instructions for the agency to consider the substantive arguments pertaining to the SFRA in light of our Supreme Court's directive in Abbott ex rel. Abbott v. Burke (Abbott XX), 199 N.J. 140, 146 (2009): the State has a continuing obligation to "keep SFRA operating at its optimal level . . . " and "[t]here should be no doubt that we would require remediation of any deficiencies of a constitutional dimension, if such problems do emerge."

It is clear that the remand was for the second question, whether the SFRA formula was the cause of the inadequate education, not to revisit the question to see if education was still inadequate.
