DeleteAll we know is that he helped Israel in their current conflict, and said a few things that people didn't like. But his actions were extremely helpful. His immediate sending of ships prevented a conflagration, and it was so helpful, we didn't even know any danger existed.
Yet, after two days of little sleep, he was interviewed about Hunter, and he was understandably tired. The ingrates used it as 'proof' that his cognitive abilities have been compromised.
