Israel at war day 153
- Mass Arrests as pro-palestine protesters occupied and temporarily shut down NYC Office of U.S representative Adriano Espaillat.
- Biden will announce in his State of the Union on Thursday that he is ordering the U.S. military to build a floating pier off Gaza, in what the White House called an 'emergency mission' that would allow hundreds of truckloads of additional aid to be delivered by sea to Gazans who are on the brink of starvation. The project will take several weeks, involving hundreds or thousands of U.S. troops on ships just off shore, in keeping with Mr. Biden’s mandate that no American soldiers be on the ground inside Gaza as the conflict rages.,..it was unclear whether Israel would be joining the effort."
- Biden has ordered the US military to establish a port at Gaza to receive humanitarian aid, per administration officials. Biden will announce the plan tonight during State of the Union address.
Building a port and delivering (anything) is a violation of a ceasefire.
ReplyDeleteIran, South Africa can charge US and Israel with violating any supposed ceasefire. Of course, payoff Iran and South Africa, they'll back off of any formal complaint, but can you trust them?
"secretly transferred more than 100 weapons deals to Israel"
ReplyDeleteThese stuff invariably happen to be leaked just somehow when those pulling strings on both sides just happen to wish to push for a ceasefire. Hmmmm.
"it was unclear whether Israel would be joining the effort". Huh? We can't always fathom some of the things Israel does or is forced to do, but to help this pier be built would be asinine indeed. The only help they should offer is to blow it up! It is an overt act of undermining Israel by facilitating the entry of contraband directly to the savages of Hamas. Most certainly not in keeping with what an ally does.
