  2. At tonight's zoning board meeting appeal # 4300 will be heard for a 5-story tall 60-unit apartment building (plus an additional large basement floor with an undisclosed use) between East County Line and East Kennedy Blvd.

Multi-family buildings are illegal in the zone and the applicant is not providing enough parking spaces. He is also demanding a bunch of variances and waivers. Plus, he conveniently is not submitting a traffic report for review, even though the board engineer explained to him how much one is needed for something of this magnitude in this area.

This sure smells like just another greedy developer trying to make millions on everyone elses's expense.

    1. Lake Terrace has been operating outside of the law, as it was only approved for use as a girls school - not a catering hall.

  6. Why only 40k for a car? What exactly does the job entail - How does Mr. Bender have time for all his positions?

  7. Why is LDC creating another paid position if the director is getting a hefty salary
Why was this position not advertised to the general public
Why do the same people keep on getting multiple positions while the taxpayers and others have no chance to cash in

  8. Can anyone explain why ? When the fire department wants to buy a new fire truck for 180K It needs to be put up to vote via ballot but when the township gives away a piece of land worth well over 200 acres plus tax abatements worth hundreds of millions of dollars to see the bridge development no discussion is allowed.?
