Of course the mitzvos hayom should be done as usual but all the extras should be curtailed such as collecting only in cities like Bnei Brak etc.. as for Pesach ben  hazmanin he said if the current situation continues, the zman should  go on  but too early to make that decision.

 U.S. District Judge Sharon Johnson Coleman has ruled that an illegal immigrant's Second Amendment rights were violated when he was charged with unlawfully possessing firearms.
