    There is no shidduch CRISIS.

Yes, there are older girls AND older boys. It’s very painful. And we definitely care about them and actively try to help them.

But since when do a handful of bal habatim who despise pure das torah, have the leading voice now in klal yisroel!?

As if eliminating 4th year is going to help. Factually for the past 6 years the majority of bochrim were going to ey between 3rd year Pesach and 4th year succos. So eliminating 6 months of our bochrim learning (in USA) is not helping anyway.

Basically we are sensing this is all a PR campaign with lots of money involved funded by the George Soros type of bal habatim in our community and influencing SOME rosh hamosdos to dance around their aigel.

To be blunt, most of the bnei torah, the real ones, the ones that learn 3 full sedorim a day and are pure hearted, not dirtied by the PR movements and money of bal habatim (meaning, the people who klal yisroel actually use to respect) don’t go for this “shidduch-CRISIS-bal-habatim-hit- job-on-klal-Yisroel’s-Mesora”. Not because they don’t care. Actually they care allot more than the fake crocodile tears of these “askanim”. We just understand this isn’t a crisis. The fact that our girls don’t get engaged within the first year back from seminary (before they can figure out what they want in life) is not a crisis. Not everything you have to wait for is crisis.

Chas vshalom to take away from older singles pain. And actually I’ve personally discussed with many older singles and they themselves would say there is no CRISIS.

I just have one question, why is it that all the ‘righteous’ Jewish media outlets are only publishing the same few names of Rosh yeshivas who are jumping along these “pnie hador kpnei hakelev” people. Why don’t they write the names of the the many choshuva Roshie Yeshiva who are standing up to this garbage and are not intimidated by these strong bal habatimand their money and are out there strongly defending our pure Mesora???

How about REPLY with names of our Roshie Yeshiva who are not in support of all this rubbish and finally bring awareness to all this corruption.

  2. In the Lakewood Matza Bakery, NOBODY bakes matzos. You just wear a silly plastic apron and PRETEND you had something to do with the Matza baking process. They only let you touch the matzos AFTER they are already baked. It's just a photo opp. LOL

    1. Why do I get the feeling that you aren’t doing that much davening for the IDF and Israeli police? Anyway the six day war took place during the heat of the nituchey meisim issue. The Gedolim back then all said to daven as it wasn't an ongoing issue. Almost all Western countries would insist on an autopsy if an otherwise healthy thirteen year dies suddenly for an unknown reason but in other Western countries Frum people would be too scared to make massive street protests to prevent it. In Israel as the Brisker Rav said, people don’t think twice before making such confrontations because are caught up in Zionism and think it is their country where they can do what they want. If, like these people claim to wish was the case , the Ottoman Empire was still in control no one would dream of making such protests.

      Delete
    2. If the Ottomans or the Mandate were in charge, would anybody demand "Go to the Tzava" ?
Would anybody call charedim, &/or Frumme zionists parasites?

      Delete
    3. Al Pi Halacha It’s not so simple that that those demanding an autopsy are wrong and those saying kovod hameis are right. . A healthy thirteen year old dying suddenly is so neged h’tevah that around the world the standard is to do a autopsy to ensure that there is no unknown sakana that can ch’v kill others too lurking . Although the Noda B’Yehuda and Chasam Sofer would probably not allow an autopsy for such reasons because they require the potential to save a KNOWN sick person do an autopsy , the Chazon Ish who allows autopsies if there is solid reason to believe it will create a cure for a common disease and certainly the Shoel Umeisiv who allows autopsies for a clearly known constructive purpose and the Titz Eliezer who allows autopsies in the case of an illness that we still do not fully understand would probably allow or even support an autopsy here. There are other poskim who also seem to be on the side of doing an autopsy here but l’maaseh this question is not one for a guy like me to have an opinion about.. I’m sure the people protesting in the street did not go through the sugya first either .

    4. The Ottoman Empire most definitely drafted Chareidim into the Turkish army. The Ottoman Empire and the British Mandate did not give a dime to Chareide causes so no one had any reason to call them parasites. Not just mosdos they didn't give to. There was no Bituach Leumi. Many , many charedei children and adults died because of lack of medical care. Many Sephardic children went OTD in missionary hospitals and schools they went to because of the lack of alternative. No one calls religious Zionists parasites today either

      Delete
    5. Wrong on just about nearly all accounts.

The draft was short term & only in it's desperate dying embers.
The Mandate updated the whole land & everybody ought to have enormously benefited.Except-
In 1976 Tradition magazine article that stated candidly if not for the State of Israel -& previously the JA;WZO- tens or hundreds of millions (already then!) would have gone to Jewish education, communal institutions and yeshivos..

    6. If you have to come onto and know what a 1976 Tradition magazine article says to prove a claim (1) it's unlikely to be true. and (2)your obsession with this topic is very unhealthy. Where were these tens or hundreds of millions coming from? How did the State of Israel -& previously the JA;WZO prevent their distribution?

Anyone backing them is a part of them.

    9. Members of Mizrachi are doing so according to the psak halacah and hadrachas daas Torah they received too. How do you know the motives of those who want to do an autopsy? Do you believe that in the rest of the world autopsies done in this situation are only done for nefarious purpose or is that belief limited to when those who you believe to be Zionists want to do it? Why the worldwide conspiracy belief or why the distinction?

    12. The extreme anti-Zionist haskafa and always looking for confrontation behavior of it's adherents is no more kosher than Mizrachi haskafa and isn't so different than the Zionist ideologies and mindsets that those people are always complaining about and criticizing . I say this as someone who had once been a member of the first group mentioned here.

      Delete
    13. In Mizrachi their haskafa is that the concept of Daas Torah being used in a social or political context does not have sufficient basis in Gemorah, Rishonim or early Achronim to be correct. That is what their Rabbonim say and believe. You may consider that mocking the concept. They consider it following their Rabbonim. With all the haskafa issues with Mizrachi, mocking other groups and not respecting their Gedolim is not something they engage in as a matter of principle.

    16. The only one I'm aware of who explicitly address this question is Rav Moshe Heineman. He doesn’t answer it. He just says there is nothing you can do anyway , if the (American) government is insisting on an autopsy they won't back down. I was able to find others who seem to discuss this b’derech remez. They also basically say to do what you can to work with the government and try to have it done in accordance with halacha. But there may be nothing you can do.(no one suggests protesting in the streets to prevent it)

Regarding what I wrote earlier, I would like to add on:

There were 2 meetings over the past week organized by these rabble rouser bal habatim about their manufactured CRISIS.

I want to tell you what we are not seeing reported by the ‘righteous’ Jewish media outlets. That is, there were multiple Choshuva Roshie Yeshivos, pure minded true leaders that we have so few left of who were vehemently opposed to all this shidduch CRISIS solving plans.

Choshuva Roshie Yeshivos, not because they stick their faces in the public arena because they’re being paid and propped up, by the Gorge Soros type of bal habatim in our community. Rather these heiligeh menchen sit %85 of their day over the blatt gmara and these pious Yidden, THESE Roshie Yeshivos who we used to give so much respect to, before we got so blinded by the new reform leaders gifted with charisma and chanifa (Throw in their expertise in psychology and forget about it, this guy is the new gadol hador trending & this year’s convention guest speaker!) These Roshie Yeshivos were not intimidated at the meetings to stand up against the askanim and donors to protect our klal yiroels mesora.

Can I ask, we all saw last year in the news the Philadelphia Rosh Yeshiva Rav Yudie Svei Shlit”a went to EY amongst the others to discuss the shidduch “CRISIS”. What happened? How come we never saw his name mentioned again? Only the other ones who are reforming and enacting beautiful ideas of “ABOLISHING 4th year….” Could it be there is major corruption here?? Could it be that the esteemed Philadelphia RY is morally opposed to this movement, following in the MESORA of his great father the leader of diaspora Jews Morienu Rav Elya Svei Zatzal (and bec he actually knows the people and their motives behind this whole movement) but his message is being cancelled??!! Could it be not just his message, but the message of many other Roshei Yeshivos whose names are not all over the place because it doesn’t resonate with these askanim/savages?! Did anyone hear what Rav Yossel Mermelstien Shlita has to say? Did anyone care to go down to Monsey and ask Rav Dovid Fishman Shlit”a who is the guardian of our Mesora what His dear Rosh Yeshiva Morienu Rav Yitzchok Feigelstock Zatztal would say to this??!

We are living in very scary times to say the least. If us Bnei Torah don’t get up and expose the corruption of how a few das-torah-hating-bal-habtim are actively trying to be metameh our last pach shemen, the yeshiva system and Torah bchlal, then we are in deep trouble. We have to expose them by coming out and vocally supporting OUR Roshie Yeshivos, the ones who are not influenced by Gvirim and let all know us Bnei Torah won’t go for this. We the bnei torah don’t care if it’s Torah shalo bmasorah’s organization together with their presidents conference have to say. And hopefully with the raising of our united voice which was the silent majority until now, these askanim and amaleikim shbklal yisroel will get the message that we are done with pnei hador kpnei hakelev, and we are ready to hold tight onto our ways of our forefathers (Mesora). And in the great merit of this בגלל אבות תושיע בנים בקרוב!

  9. Long Megillos, yet no real actual facts.

The pious commenter here seems to have an 'alternative math' system, in which 1200 boys can marry 1000 girls, with no girls left behind.

Because the holy 'system', which can only mean - four years Mesivta and four years Beis Hamedrash (both American expressions, nothing to do with Mesorah, everything to do with the Goyishe High school system) may not be touched. No problems may be solved, everyone must march in lockstep, dating just like the NCSY youth of the 1940s, proposing like the Victorian heroes of the Bronte novels, and getting married through the conveyor belt of the 'silent majority'.

Take your kana'us for the 'system', the סוס טמא and שדיא אחיזרי. That's where it belongs.

The actual facts are on the Rosh Yeshivas side (which doesn’t matter, but here it’s a plus so leftist people you might listen). Go take out your unfiltered phone and google how many boys are there per hundred girls

Where Baalebatim and amei ha'aretz open Yeshivos, and now they are Roshei Yeshivos whose opinion counts.

And you dare claim to be following some kind of Mesorah!

Get the amei ha'aretz out of the business, throw out the תורה וגדולהniks from the Mizrach vant, stop allowing people to claim authority because of their great-grandfather's yichus, and then you can talk about the 'Yeshiva world'.

Till then, the Torah is in the hands of individuals, there is no 'Yeshiva world', the 'olam Hatorah' is a mirage for the newspapers and stadiums.
