- Over 50 hamas terrorists killed tonight in Gaza. Several terrorists eliminated in Jenin with IDF airstrikes.

- Finance Minister Bezalel Smotrich triggered outrage and protests on Tuesday with his remarks suggesting that the top priority for Israel should be the destruction of Hamas rather than the return of hostages held by the group. Smotrich criticized the notion of pursuing a deal for the hostages “at any price,” highlighting the necessity of pressuring Hamas. He stated, “‘At any price’ is a problem. We have to return the hostages and we have to put pressure on Hamas.” Family members of the hostages expressed their anger, staging protests outside the Defense Ministry in Tel Aviv. , “Mr. Smotrich, let them take your children and I will stand in the road and shout, ‘It’s not the most important thing.'” said a hostage family member 

- The United States vetoes a UN resolution demanding an immediate cease-fire in Gaza.

- Israel denied a Saudi report that the Israeli defense establishment believes Hamas leader in Gaza Yahya Sinwar has fled to Egypt together with some hostages “We are unaware of the information that was published,” unnamed officials said in the denial sent to Channel 12.

- IDF Continued intensive operations in western Khan Yunis and central Gaza and eliminated dozens of terrorists, including by directing IAF aircraft and through tank and sniper fire. 

- Heavy airstrikes reportedly conducted in the Sidon area in Southern Lebanon.

- IDF says that troops have killed some 12,000 of Hamas’s estimated 30,000 gunmen in the Gaza Strip since war erupted on October 7, after a Qatar-based official for the terror group claimed it had lost half that number.

- Hamas planned Ashkelon jail raid to free Palestinian prisoners on October 7  according to Arab media report. The terrorists headed to Shikma Prison with detailed plan but got lost on the way for ‘unknown reason,’ ended up in Sderot, were they massacred Israelis.
