  1. If you don't allow cell towers in residential areas, you won't have cell service in residential areas. It's that simple.

  2. GM Lanes Mills LLC (appeal # 4221) is trying to destroy another part of town. They should not be allowed to get away with it. They want to build 3 times the permitted amount of houses (without even including the basements). There are also many problems with their application and documents which are required to be made available to the public are curiously missing from the file. They're hiding things for a reason.

  5. They don’t need cell service on 6th street. As long as there is service by the stadium.

  7. THE PLANNING & ZONING boards can not deny an application because of dangers of health, according to federal law. They researched it & found it not to be true. Therefore, all the Roshei Yeshiva & even Moshe Rabeinu can write extemely strong worded letters of disapproval, but the committees have no right to deny the application for this reason. (BTW, the Feds don't care about Satmar Dayan nor about Rabbi Forscheimer, so these people are all wasting their time)!

    2. Same here. If there’s a siren ringing too loud I’ll go to see if it’s a police graduation or just a car accident. They have it all there…

  9. Could be the Adirei Torah committee did not want any publicity online of the event out of sensitivity to the bnei yeshiva.

    1. TLS has NEVER cared about what people want. It's all about getting the scoop before others do. If you believe that he refrained from posting because BMG didn't want it, I have a bunch of bridges to sell.

  11. Appeal # 4235 - Chestnut : This appeal has serious issues. Most notable it is in an HD- 7 which requires an acre per home. To ask for 18 homes is a real Chutzpah.

The HD- 7 zoning rules clearly states you need an acre. For some odd reason the township engineer declared that 8500 Sqft per lot is all that is needed - Based on what?!?
