    1. Very simple chasidim don't drive litvaks do.
Also chasidim are united and have negotiating power they tell TAG you want us to come fill a stadium? No problem give us transportation.
Just like the chasidim in Lakewood got free shuttle busses while the old lakewood residents must fend for themselves

    2. Nice guys finish last

    3. There is bussing just for separate purchase as almost all Lakewood women can drive.

    4. Chutzpah from TAG to force Lakewood litvaks to drive pay gas and parking while the chasidim will get transportation for the same price with the ticket. Parking at Prudential cheapest price is $20 plus gas and tolls this is an outrage and they are taking advantage. Call TAG to provide the same price for litvaks as they are giving the chasidim

    5. Why is it a chutzpa?
It’s not even a Lakewood only event.

    2. But it's documented that someone can still be a carrier even if they got the shot, so again, why are we shooting into the arms of our youth this stuff?

  8. How practical is it to expect hardworking mothers to shlep to Newark at night? Why not a bunch of local events?

    1. I’m sure the hardworking husbands will be happy to give their wives a night of chizzuk from Gedolim with so many other women.
They all just had adeeray Torah.

  9. Litvaks & musar are going the way of the dinasoar, ...vanishing.LOL to see them pushing & shtupping each other by the adirim event for a little piece of potatoe, and rocking away to the chasidishe music played by chasdidishe shpeilers. The only one who goes to muser Seder are empty shtenders, the oilam is busy running to the Lubavicher to hear a shiur even though Rav Shachs assured having Chabad shiurim in Lakewood

  10. I agree it's not nice to expect Lakewood hardworking women with families to have to drive an hour plus to the event that's officially ending at 10:30pm. There should be events jn Lakewood.

    1. If it's too hard for you don't go? They seem not to have had a problem selling out the tickets

  12. Adirei is no comparison to this

    1. The comparison I see to Adirei is that everything has become an "event." Honoring bnei Torah is a wonderful concept. Controlling technology is a wonderful concept. But people are busy. People have so many obligations. Why does every concept need an "event?" Of course, we have the choice not to go and that is what we personally chose. But it does seem to be such a large amount of money and time to make "events" for every good idea.

  13. It’s no kuntz these days to fill a stadium with 20,000 people but are we trying to fill a stadium or do we want to get a message across to as many people as possible? Do we want everyone to be able to come or as long as we fill a stadium and make a splash we’re happy? If the goal was lishma we’d be trying to figure out how to do it that everyone even busy full time working mothers with large families should be able to attend.

  14. Of course we have the option to not go but what if our wives want to go but they can’t? There are thousands like that and unfortunately they won’t go.

    1. That’s life . They’re were many ppl who I’m sure wanted to go to the siyumhashas , citi field. Adeerei Torah, dirshu, etc.

  15. Not only does everything have to be an event, everything has to be a massive stadium event with 20,000+ people no more nice local events.

    ReplyDelete
  16. There is nothing to compare small local events to a large event of this magnitude. If the purpose is change. Then a big serious event is one of the only ways it’s gonna happen.

    ReplyDelete
  17. First of all officially the purpose is not change

  19. So please have this in mind next time your wife goes with her long $8000 shaitel to have her nails painted and drops u off in front of the Yeshiva in her 2022 Highlander

  20. Ok so I will try but my wife doesn’t have an $8000 shaitel, doesn’t drive a 22 highlander, doesn’t drop me off in front of yeshiva (I’m not there), and doesn’t get her nails painted. Any other times I should have it in mind?
