OCHD covid cases since last week 3/23

- 45 new covid cases in Lakewood totals 23866/375
- 38 new covid cases +1 death in Jackson totals 12657/142
- 28 new covid cases +2 deaths  in Toms River totals 21394/430

- New Labor organized a protest today in downtown Lakewood on Clifton Avenue for mexican workers demanding better pay from Lakewood residents who hire them.

- Two Garden State Parkway ramps at Exit 105 in Monmouth County will be closed for nine months starting in April for a $17 million project to replace bridges that connect the highway to Route 36, a prime route to Jersey Shore beaches in the summer. Drivers on the southbound express (inner) lanes won’t be able to use the 105 exit starting April 18, and those entering the Parkway northbound from Route 36 won’t be able to get into the express lanes. Detours will be posted (NJ)

 - federal authorities announced the launch of COVID.gov website to serve as a central source for information on vaccines, testing and treatment.

    1. Lutzk is Sorotzkin family, not chasidish.
      Loitzk is Shochet family, the Rebbe is brother of the Stoliner Rebbe.

    2. Actually they both come from the same town. So they can both be referred to as lutzk

    3. Let me clarify my comment. Its the same town and the town was called Lutzk. I am commenting (with all due respect to the Rebbe) that Loitzk (as the town name) is simply incorrect.
