  1. Mr. Mayor,

My lot was also supposed to be included in the Cedarbridge campus 20 years ago. But they rejected it because it was in the wrong area. They also rejected "Block 855.01 Lots 19 and 26.01" (which had a different lot number back then) for the same reason. How is it right that this SPRUCE CARE, LLC guy should get his property tax bill wiped clean for the next 35 years while the rest of us have to pay in full?

Cut the baloni already. You just owe this guy a huge favor and now it's payback time.

  2. Does Lakewood have a devolpment problem that we are desperately trying to entice businesses to come to Lakewood and build an office building? Can someone show me one other city/town (that's not corrupted) that gives out tax abatements to eager devolopers/builders just Google what abatements are for - they are not awards for making money!
