The shiur is given by local yungerleit, as well as visiting Litvishe Rabbonim and Rosh Yeshivahs at ‘Vaad Tzipiyah L’Yeshuah’ in Beth Medrash Govoha. Aisle 9 is putting stickers on peoples cars and having tickets given out, even though they only have a loading zone ordinance for Sundays.
ReplyDeleteWho is giving out the tickets? Is it the police or do you mean raffle tickets?
DeleteThey have had the police there and have their workers putting stickers on cars. However, only on Sunday is it a loading zone. Contrary to popular belief.
DeleteInaccurate. Check Township ordinance 11-10.1 you will see that their No Standing or Stopping ordinance along Tenth Street is actually in effect every day EXCEPT for Sunday.
DeleteWe are talking about the loading zone. 11-25
DeleteNo stopping no longer applies as it was for the Cheder. This is a separate ordinance about loading, which I just looked up, and yes they only have it for Sundays.
DeleteStickers are safe for the environment?
ReplyDeleteYeshiva also put stickers on cars that parked in reserved spots or the fire lanes
ReplyDeleteThese are legal spots, not reserved and not fire lane. They have a sign that says loading zone, but on the township website it is clear that it is only for Sundays.
DeleteManalapan Kosher Chinese is closed today
ReplyDeleteGood Morning!
DeleteAfter thinking carefully about how and what to write... And just in case anyone eats at Manalapan Kosher Chinese I think u should all know... Stop eating at that establishment....
I personally watched a video that my boss took yesterday at Restaurant Depot....
It showed the owner/chef (Non Jewish) buying Treifies chicken and meat (cases) at Restaurant Depot ...
My boss called the ok, told them of his findings... They are investigating.... But once the owner was originally approached by the ok in the restaurant, he started fumbling on his words, when he was explaining why he bought those stuff on the store credit card....
Listen, you can do what you want with this information I'm just letting you know....
Why rush to conclusions wait for the OK to investigate and put out a statement either way

ReplyDeleteBased on an anonymous comment on hv about your boss who I don’t know we should stop eating at this restaurant… Nu Nu. You may be right but this doesn’t even raise a serious cshash in my head.
ReplyDeleteSo what exactly is the punchline about R Kamers dream story? That we should go to Rabishkin to look at his newspapers?
ReplyDeleteThat Telz also has a kesser Torah
DeleteThis is probably the most extreme shtark comment on this site

ReplyDeleteLooks like they took it down
DeleteWho was the Yid in Rabbi Kammer's story that had the dream? A person who has a dream where they show him who is wearing crowns in the next world is a person who would have to be such a baal madreaigha that he should be the one giving the Chovos Halovos shiur himself. If he went to someone else's that shows what an incredible anav he must be too. All in all such a person should be giving shiurim for us all
