9:40 pm Levana is in and out of clouds but still cloudy North Jersey Monsey and NYC is clear.
With 3 nights left yudden are anxious for a break in the weather for a clearing in the sky to say Kiddush Levana. The forecast shows a potential clearing tonight at 12:00am in the Lakewood area the next few nights wed and thursday are not supposed to be as cloudy the latest time to say it is Friday 5:50 PM which is erev sukkos besides for a machlokes if you can say it on yom Tov the forecast calls for rain which has many concerned about eating the first night and making a bracha of לישב בסוכה with an open shlock
