  1. The ads blaming the state for the traffic and non-widening of Rt9 and Rt88 is willful ignorance at its best. Or perhaps just plain lunacy.

    1. Is Hefkervelt going to admit it was wrong when it attacked Avi Schnall & told readers Meir Lichtenstein was against R A Lang lawsuit after R Lang corrected the record in the comments? Or is it now ok to smear Frum Yidden since it's after Yom Kippur?

    2. Did Avi Schnal oppose or Support the A. Lang lawsuit that is all that should matter

    3. Let's wait and see. I'm sure he'll come around to supporting the suit if he has not decided to do so already. Whoever we elect needs to make supporting the litigation his highest priority. I am not sure if united political support will move the matter along any faster or help settle it, since the stakes are so high both for both the governor and us, but I am confident that b'zchus ha'rabbim we will IY"H prevail in the end. A Lang

    4. R Ahron; Hefkervelt reported that Meir and Avi are against the lawsuit. Two questions -- have you ever heard either of them to oppose your lawsuit, and also has Ned Thompson ever indicated, voted for, or sponsored legislation to fix the formula in his years in office?

    5. Rabbi Lichtenstein is on a short list of people who receive and reply to my regular emails. I emailed him yesterday to ask him to speak to Rabbi Schnall to get his cooperation and support for the litigation. I never spoke with Ned Thompson. I can go down a list of all the politicians that do not reply to my emails.
