    1. Those 33 proposed duplexes better not be built at the Larson Business Complex. It would be an unbelievable chutzpah to circumvent the zoning code and give the applicant unwarranted variances at the expense of everyone else living there.

  4. Whats wrong with 12th st 13th st 14th st etc i would bet that in 20 years from first to 14th will be mostly hasidic jews and the no hasidic communities will be more diversified among jackson howell brick toms river Manchester etc , as the hasidic lifestyle needs much more the kep oif kep lifestyle of complex life and close knit neighborhoods

    1. in that case let's just assume satmar will take over BMG and buy their buildings then BMG will relocate to Manalapn

    2. Aaron will get yoshon and bais Yitzchok and Zali will get bais aron and bais shalom. The temples will be kept as the bmg alumni minyonim ashkenazi and sefard.

  6. Bmg has no foresight to open sattelite branches , besides for the mitzvah of bein ad lechaveiro they would be zocheh to if they opened it.

  8. BMG Can relocate to Jackson

Plenty of room in Jackson for everyone

Jackson is four times the size of Lakewood

    2. This is not a new satmarer community. This shul is being built for people that are living here for many years. There is a satmar shul in lakewood since R' Shneur's times.

What a joke has nothing to do w/ Satmar other than it's name (and maybe Satmer Dayan?) but no Satmar ppl ever moved near there. Today their Shuls are up to ultimately create their own neighborhoods.

    4. In that case the Satmar Dayan would be R' Betzalel Klein not ר' אברהם שמואל ענגלענדער שליט"א

    5. The Satmar shul on Forest Ave was started by satmarer chassidim. This new minyan was started by a few satmarerers already living in Lakewood (Aharonim) including the dayan's sons in law. ר' אברהם שמואל ענגלענדער שליט"א is not really a satmarer and many non satmarer daven there as well. From what I heard R' Aharon Teitelbaum is not particularly interested in building a kehilla in Lakewood.

    6. from what I heard he's not interested in being a Rebbe either

  9. Rabosai, read the comments on this website. Now, substitute "Jew" for "satmar", and you understand why non-Jews feel the way they do when yidden move into their neighborhoods.
