If you want to " Facilitate Upward Mobility And Economic Development In The Township" instead of vacating streets and building in areas that have no room use smart growth. Not road studies done on yom tov... And don't have people lie at the planning board.
ReplyDeleteThey should require a bond and inspection at the 1-2-3-4-5 year intervals for any variances and if they fail - criminal and civil penalties for lying and deceiving the public.
