    1. The reason why this was banned is simple:
Lubavitch is a wonderful bed and breakfast organization throughout the world and brings many people closer to Yiddishkeit. However, they also try as hard as they can to bring as many people as they can closer to Chabad. Many yeshiva bochurim that are now Chabad rabbonim were missionized to convert to Chabad. I personally know of yeshiva bochurim who were smart, masmidim and shteiging in learning, but some Lubavitcher somehow convinced them that learning is nothing and they should be putting tefillin on people in the subway.
This is a real missionary organization. It starts with a concert this year, next year it's a carnival, the 3rd year there's a Tzivos Hashem booth at the carnival, then they're getting your teenagers to come to farbrengens, mareis keidesh, Tanya shiurim, and before you know it your child is different from what you intended his chinuch to be.
They believe in אימתי קאתי מר לכשיפוצו מעינותך חוצה, Moshiach will only come when everyone converts to Chabad.
This is what the gedolim of the previous generation saw when they decided to make an all our cherem on them. The Roshei yeshiva are not a bunch of idiots being misled by some bored kanoim, they know exactly who they are dealing with

  2. Listen to the gedolimApril 30, 2021 at 8:58 AM

We need to follow the הדרכה of our גדולים, who said to stay away from it, not the local Lubavitcher shliach entrepreneur, who is trying to build up his Chabad franchise business. We are supposed listen to gedolim, not ketanim. To זקנים, not נערים.

  4. The reason it was banned was because they feel it is not for Lakewood children of bnei tora. They were told all the angles and obviously decided accordingly. If it was because of the stadium, lubavitch, prtizus, or other reasons, they don't need to explain it. If you trust and follow their way, then you shouldn't be asking. If you ask, then you justify why it doesn't apply to you.
