Sunset Of Covid Minyans
by Covid minyans USA
We survived, B"H.
As of this moment, I know of just one Covid-protective minyan with a plan to continue, the 14th Street minyan, probably in non-protective mode. It was established for Covid AND ALSO to give someone's parent a place to daven.
As of this moment, experts are a bit baffled over the fact that the South African and Brazilian variants haven't made an impact. We still and will always need rachimim from the Toleh Eretz Ahl Bli Mah, The Government of all governments, really the only One.
By His decree, there was a time for Raban Shimon Bar Yochai and his son to learn, daven, and live in a cave. It must have been very stressful for them. And there was a time for them to come out. They emerged as greater people. We can assume that these giants eventually looked back and realized that their pain was well worth their gain.
Whomever survived Covid to date gained and grew, some more than others, no matter where they davened or how they celebrated simchos.
We changed! We emerged a bit more from our shells / bubbles and learned about ourselves and about others. And we made some great connections, discovered new people, discovered new strengths.
It became more real to us all that life as we know it is so fragile. It does not last forever. And only by submitting and connecting to Hashem, a life that one can yearn for will be forever.
I heard bm of Kelmwoods is COVID compliant. Nice quiet place.
