  1. The last question is a שאלת עם הארץ. The reid touches a tiny portion of the Sugyos, there is always so much more to say on the Sugyos than the skrabove reid.

  2. As someone who is nominally involved in real estate I was always bothered by the question about the landlord and tenant who can’t pay .

I remember when I was a kid all the stories about the evil Poretz raising the rent on the poor yid who couldn’t pay. When I got older I started to wonder “how is he different from most heimish landlords”
Or the story with the CC and the landlord who had an almonah renting from him who couldn’t pay the rent until finally (in the pre eviction days) he removed the roof. The CC used to say that he waited for forty years until he saw the terrible onesh the landlord got. Why did he deserve this great onesh for not indefinitely keeping a nonpaying tenant in his house? What would Beis Din or in this case Rabbi Ribner have told him?
(When I first got involved in real estate I asked this to Rav Matisyohu Salomon. He said he doesn’t know enough details about the stories above to give an answer to questions about them)

  3. Which city is the person asking about schools living in?

Who in Lakewood has so many schools with so many maalos that willing to accept his child that his only remaining decision is which one to choose?
