-Replace and install vinyl tile flooring at the Ella G. Clarke auditorium at a cost of $57,497.81
purchase and installation of interior bleacher system at the Ella G. Clarke auditorium at a cost of $121,846.00
-Provide asphalt removal and replacement at the Oak Street School Parking Lot nearest to Carol Street entrance at a cost of $92,000
-Approve the lease agreement for Piner Elementary School. First Renewal Term- $45,160 per month ($541,920 annually) (2021-2022) ... Fifth Renewal Term- $51,622.15 per month (619,465.80 annually)
