Welcome to the Neighborhood Find your own School

Who has the achrayus on schooling once someone moves into a  town? everyone has a right to move to wherever they want. The simple option would be to open more schools.

The igud hamosdos of Lakewood put ads in various publications both Yiddish and English. To all those seeking to relocate to Lakewood, Toms River, Jackson, Howell to Please ensure proper school placement before you finalize your move there is currently a severe shortage of space in our local mosdos we can not guarantee that any school will accommodate auditions to the current enrollment.

  1. Igood shmeegood no one asked them or cares what they have to say.
Such a letter is only valid when signed by the Roshei hayeshiva and Rabbonei hair.
Secondly for the right price the igud gave slots to outsiders moving in when locally grown children are mot accepted yet for school next year

  2. too many kids baloney my bobver cousin has 11 kids and he does not worry about getting his kids into school. ditto my satmar cousins. They count how many seats they need and shoen. THis is what happens when businessmen OWN schools. If they can not get kavod another way they will make you get on your hands and knees to get your kid into school

    1. No comparison at all between a chasidos that knows (1)when a child is born he will attend their school and more importantly (2)they can rely on him and his parents for support even when they are not using the school and a Lakewood school

  3. If enough outsiders keep moving into Jackson and Tom's River they will be able to Elect Frum people to the Zoning board and Local governments and than there will be enough room in Jackson to build hundreds of schools and Yeshivos and Shuls ( Jackson is four times the size of Lakewood Landwise)

  4. If half the Money spent by Frum Yidden Inn lakewood at ocean County Family court and Attorneys was spent on Building schools in Lakewood there would be plenty of Chadorim and Bais Yackovs

  5. It has nothing to do with space and the lies have to stop. Many of the kids denied schooling were born in Lakewood. Many from old time generational Lakewood families. This notice is gaslightinf, making folks think the non-acceptance of kids has to do with the influx of outsiders. Sheker, sheker and more sheker. There is a woman from Brooklyn getting kids into schools ...and money talks unfortunately . A raise for teacher or principal and there is room suddenly. Time for teshuva!!
