- Multiple outlets are reporting that Israeli PM Netanyahu is considering a siege plan for northern Gaza. Times of Israel quotes a member of the Israeli military as describing the siege as follows: "We have to tell the residents of north Gaza that they have one week to evacuate the territory, which then becomes a military zone; [a zone] in which every figure is a target and, most importantly, no supplies enter this territory."
- Report in the British Economist: "Israel is planning a ground invasion of Lebanon, which will include the seizure of a security strip a few kilometers deep North of the border."
- BREAKING Israeli media is reporting that senior officers in IDF Military Intelligence believe that Sinwar is NO LONGER ALIVE and was killed in an IDF strike. Their assessment is due to a lack of communication from him and other classified “sources”. However, the Shin Bet disagrees with this assessment and believes that while Sinwar may have been INJURED by an IDF strike, he is still alive.
few weeks ago the IDF conducted a specific attack with an indication that Sinwar was there. Since then, he has not been heard from. This is where the debate began between Aman and Shin Bet whether he was struck or not. (Raylan on Twitter)

- A 17 year old yeshiva bochur was killed R"L near Miron when thr car crashed as sirens sounded in the early hours of the morning, the driver lost control and crashed into a security barrier. The bochur who was killed was a passenger in the back seat.

ReplyDeleteThis is the first time I'm seeing that Sinwar was the sole goal of the war. Say he would have died of a stroke on October 8th do you think there would have been no war?
