Israel At War Sept 3

 Israel at war day 333

- The US Justice Department announced criminal charges against Hamas terror leader Yahya Sinwar and other Hamas leaders in connection with the evil October 7 massacre.

- "Let me get this right. Biden/Harris DOJ charged Hams leader Yahya Sinwar and other Hams terrorist leaders for their involvement in the attack on Israel on October 7. But the Biden/Harris administration is forcing Israel to negotiate with them. Did I get this right, or am I going crazy here? (Raylan Givens)

- US says Israel agreed to pull troops from Philadelphi The Gaza hostages deal has included an IDF withdrawal from sections of the Philadelphi Corridor, US National Security Communications Advisor John Kirby told reporters on Tuesday as he pushed back at Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu’s insistence that Israel would refuse to take such a step.
“The deal says that they [Israel] have to remove the IDF from all densely populated areas in Phase One [of the deal]. That includes densely populated areas that are around or are adjacent to the Philadelphi Corridor, where it intersects with those densely populated areas,” Kirby said.

- Boris Johnson, former British Prime Minister, responds to the decision to suspend 30 arms export licenses to Israel: "Hams is still holding innocent Jews hostage while Israel tries to prevent another massacre. Why do David Lammy and Keir Starmer want Hams to win?"

- Netanyahu has instructed the IDF to prepare for the possibility that it will be required to take over the distribution of humanitarian aid in Gaza from international welfare organizations, Channel 12 reports

- The Prime Minister's Office in response to Gantz's “refuting” Bibi’s position: “The reality speaks for itself. Since Gantz and his party left the government, Israel has eliminated the Hams chief of staff and the Hezbollah chief of staff, attacked the Houthis, captured the Philadelphi corridor- Hams’s armament pipeline - and carried out a pre-emptive strike against Hezbollah that thwarted its malicious plan and destroyed thousands of rockets aimed at the Galilee.
"Whoever does not contribute to the victory and the return of our hostages, it is better not to interfere.”

- National Unity party leader Benny Gantz accuses Prime Minister Benjamin Netanyahu of getting in the way of hostage deals throughout the war, and worrying primarily about his political survival.
Gantz says Netanyahu lied to the public yesterday when he laid out his case for why maintaining a military presence in the Philadelphi Corridor should trump reaching a hostage deal with Hamas.

- The White House says Hamas’s “execution” of six Israeli hostages last week has influenced the way that ceasefire negotiations are conducted in the coming days, but it only underscores further the importance of securing a deal.

  1. There are many terrorists under US indictment. However, no one, not West Bank, not Syria, not Jordan, not Egypt, not Italy, not Turkey will extradite to US. Neither is US really seeking extradition.
Israel offered some terrorists. US declined.
President Trump started to seek extradition from these Middle East counties, but nothin happened.

  2. So you are trying to take politicians seriously? I'm not sure if Israel really wants sinwar either if they get him they have to stop fighting..... Neither do they want the hostages back just yet...... They are fighting despite no clear goals or long term advantage. Hamas already has a new corp in North Gaza 3000 new recruits.... The USA has their agenda and so does Israel, and both have imbeciles who try to make sense of it

  3. They also made a point of indicting only terrorists located on Gaza. None are located in Qatar. We don't want to put any pressure on our "friend and ally" to extradite any of them. This is purely symbolic.
