Israel At War Tues Sept 10

 Israel at war day 340

- IDF releases the video of the tunnel in Rafah where the 6 hostages were executed by Hamas in  Rafah The tunnel where their bodies were found was a narrow 120-meter-long passageway — not tall enough to stand in without bending over  the IDF found food and equipment that it assessed were used by the Hamas terrorists and the Israeli hostages to survive underground for extended periods, at least several weeks.“Here you see their blood on the floor. Here you see their last moments and here they were brutally murdered,” Hagari says in the video.

Minister of National Security Itamar Ben Gvir:
"The shocking video that was shown this evening illustrates once again that the terrorist organization Hams only talks through intentions and not through negotiations.
Hamas kept our hostages under inhumane conditions and murdered them in cold blood. The response to this should be clear: the cessation of humanitarian aid and the fuel trucks that reach Hamss and allow it to continue to exist while increasing the military pressure on a large scale so that Hamas will go down on its knees and beg to return the hostages itself."

MK Gideon Sa'ar:
This campaign must be conducted on the basis of reality and not on the basis of wishful thinking. In Washington, I heard only yesterday from knowledgeable senior officials in the American administration (more than one) that Hams is not interested in a hostage deal. We are not close to such a deal. The thought that if Israel makes one more concession or another, the matter will be resolved - is not true. It is a grave mistake to tear the nation apart for something that does not exist!"

- Defense Minister Galant: "We are moving the center of gravity to the north—towards the completion of the tasks in the south." Gallant summarized the exercise, which simulates ground combat in Lebanese territory, and clarified: "We have a mission in the north that has not been carried out, and this mission is to change the security situation and return the residents to their homes."

- US Secretary of State Antony Blinken indicated that a new formula for a hostage deal would be presented to Israel and Hamas in the near future.“Very soon, we will put that before the parties and we will see what they say,”

- A full-blown war between Israel and Hezbollah in Lebanon could have “catastrophic and unforeseen consequences,” a senior US official said at the Middle East America Dialogue (MEAD) summit in Washington, DC.  “There is an idea of ’Let’s go to war and then we will destroy all the missiles Hezbollah has and everything will be fine.’ It’s not that simple. There is no magic solution. The other side cannot be annihilated. At the end of the war, Israel may pay a heavy price and not achieve its goals,” th

South Africa is trying to extend the deadline for presenting evidence against Israel at the ICJ because it doesn’t have enough evidence to support its bogus allegations of genocide.

oint statement to the IDF and Shin Bet spokespeople:

The command line of the 'Tel Sultan' battalion was eliminated: the forces of Division 162 and the Shin Bet eliminated the battalion commander and three company commanders
The IDF identified several terrorist squads by using drones, and the forces directed Air Force aircraft that eliminated the terrorists. In the attack, the commander of the 'Tel Sultan' battalion, Mahmoud Hamdan, and three other company commanders from the battalion were killed.
