    Same town in Europe. (Loitzker Rebbe is the brother of Stoliner Rebbe) Loitzk was the chassidic congregation in Europe. Lutzk was the litvish congregation same town. The grandfather of Rabbi Sorotzkin of Lutzk. l think that's the diff.
