- Tolls going up starting tomorrow January 1 2023 on NJ highways Garden State Parkway passenger vehicle tolls would increase from the current $1.96 for E-ZPass customers to $2.02 and from $2 to $2.10 for cash at toll plazas with one-way toll collection. Toll plazas in Toms River will increase from 97 cents to $1.01 for E-ZPass customers and from $1 to $1.05 for cash customers, he said.

-A sefer Torah fell out of the Aaron kodesh on shabbos morning at the Ponovezh yeshiva in the Ohel Kedoshim B"M. It happened while the chazan took out the sefer and another sefer was attached and fell to the floor. The Yeshiva posek Rav Lubin said only the one who dropped it should fast but all bnei hayeshiva who saw should do teshuva.
