- Jackson planning board approves housing developmen with 240 homes including 38 affordable units. The property is located by East Veterans Highway (Ocean County Route 528) to the north, South Hope Chapel Road (Ocean County Route 547) to the east, and Whitesville Road (Ocean County Route 527) to the south and west. - New Jersey health officials reported another 2,096 COVID-19 cases and 17 confirmed deaths on Wednesday as the number of coronavirus patients being treated at hospitals hit a 10-month high. The statewide rate of transmission was 1.61 on Monday, up from 0.88 on Friday 

- Number of Americans hospitalized with COVID-19 rises to 38,227, up 19% from last week and the highest since August

- Lakewood township will vote tomorrow on the simcha hall ordnance tomorrow but changed some of the recommendations of the planning board  The Board wants all parking to be on-site only with no need for cars to park on-street 1 parking space per 45 sq feet of "the section of the school utilized for catering and banquet functions The Committee's version is 1 parking space for every 50 sq feet. - Chemdas Hatorah educational campus application for 250 homes on james street the Planning Board voted last night that they lacked jurisdiction to hear this application as duplexes are not a permitted use in this zone and they are only permitted in accordance with the 2018 ordinance.
