ReplyDeleteThe chassidim desired and needed that event more than any,although they couldn't admit that. So it was organized and then after the organizers officially invited chassidim to grace it because their presence was so important for the others.
Since Aguda politicos &
twerski believe that chassidim need and could help the organization( though they never cared to shoulder the collective Communal burden )
He should go preach to them rather than obviously having the organization get down and beg them to join
