  1. How big is the banquet hall in Nachlas Beis Yaakov? Are they proposing a normal number of parking spots??

    1. Yes. Similar to TBY with more parking here.

  2. Will the developers using Chemdas Hatorah be able to get away with the campus zone shtick to build 130 duplexes in the already overwhelmed Cross St. area?

    1. The attorney for Kamenitz, MW, said the same thing about their banquet hall - that it would be just like TBY. Unfortunately, we found out afterwards that things were not as represented and that Kamenitz has less than half of what's available at TBY. And now the Ridge Ave neighborhood is forced to suffer with the result of insufficient parking. Is Nachlas using the same "supposedly-honest" professionals as Kamenitz?

  7. 'Mosdos investing' has become very profitable for many investment portfolios here in Lakewood.
How many of our township officials are invested with Rosh Mosdos Tycoons that are building the banquet halls?

    3. If you think the school owners are becoming rich and ripping everyone off why dont you open your own school and become rich??

    4. I guessyou must be right . That's why there is an overabundance of stores and restaurants and a shortage of schools. I always wonder if it's really such a money maker ,the laws of supply and demand would dictate that every rich investor would be standing in line to invest in opening up new schools. And we would have a surplus of schools like we have a surplus of food places and other fress places. There are tonsil investors willing to throw money at any kid investing in real-estate, Amazon ,nursing homes etc. Why not schools ?

    5. Or better yet ,open a school and dont become rich but charge half the tuition ,because the tuition they are charging is really to make them rich.
