    1. The yeshiva building is on Massachusetts what shaychus does this educational campus have to it if the yeshiva is not located there. They don't have a kollel either or student housing for married couples what is pshat in all of this

    2. Shailas chacham chatzi teshuva.

The objectors' attorney, Jan Meyer, writes this in his letter:

"The Applicant is seeking to construct 62 Duplexes, among other structures, on the above properties, in accordance with the R-7.5 residential standard. The Applicant bases this application on the fact that they previously filed an application for a Planned Educational Campus, under SP2291. Of note, SP2291 "has never been heard by the Board, let alone granted, as a result of the inaction of the Applicant." Moreover, it is noteworthy that the instant application no longer seeks to construct a school building on the above premises, as set forth in SP2291."

"The idea that a developer can circumvent zoning laws, functionally rezoning an R-40 to an R-7.5 simply by filing an application that is never acted or granted on is plainly improper and contrary to law and logic..." עכ''ד.

This is an insane application that should be immediately thrown out. It has no merit and is nothing less than a slap in the face to the people of Lakewood.

  7. There have been too many abuses of the bad ordinance for campus housing designations in zones where duplexes don't belong. Enough already!
