- Rabbi Eisemann's lawyer submitted a letter opposing an extension to appeal by the prosecutors who wrote they were busy with other cases and didn't have time to work on a brief. Eisemann's lawyer wrote that this is not an excuse. The lawyers  said "Mr. Eisemann has been laboring under this case for years... Had prosecutors fulfilled their basic constitutional obligations, Mr. Eisemann’s saga through the courts would have ended long ago. Now, when it is finally nearing its end, the state asks for more time. The deputy attorney general’s schedule is not more important than Mr. Eisemann’s interest in vindicating his name and getting his life back.

- A Food box distribution truck got delayed last night and did not arrive before 11:30 pm despite the late time there was a long lilne of cars andall the boxes were given out.

    1. Serves the stores right - They lobbied the state to include paper bags in the ban so they wouldn't be stuck with having to supply customers with expensive paper bags. Now they're loosing baskets, most like carts are being left in the parking lot getting damaged etc. and much easier for shoplifters to just walk out of a store!
