- Times of Israel: After some two weeks of operation, the marine pier to deliver humanitarian aid and built by the US military dock in Gaza at a cost of $320 million employing 1000 soldiers has been a total failure. The pier has been flooded by a series of mishaps: trucks have been stolen, ships have broken away from their moorings, running aground in the shallow sands of Ashdod and more.
