    What exactly makes him a Rebbe from Lakewood?

    When the previous rebbe passed, they assigned a child to a neighborhood. He was assigned Lakewood and Yerushalayim. He will be moving to lakewood once the viznitz project at the site of the flea market is complete.

    Who is "they"? Nobody invited him to Lakewood. BTW Lakewood already has a Vishnitz Rebbe
