They are devoted to and fighting for the cause of Palestinian nationalism and primarily associate with other Palestinian nationalists. 50 years ago they ran around proselyting to Jews that "Zionism is not Judaism" Today their message is "Palestinian Nationalism is Judaism" with non-Jews being their intended audience

You are meant to fast when you say Yom Kippur Katan, and we don't fast in Nissan. See Rem"a סימן תכט סעיף ב
