Update: Mayor Coles started the meeting going out of order first with the second reading of ordnances because of nasty weather that may lose power and will need 5 votes to pass the bond ordnance. One commiteeman was driving. No public comments came in.

- Bond Ordinance Providing For Various Capital Improvements And The Acquisition Of Various Capital Equipment, Appropriating $21,500,000 Therefor And Authorizing The Issuance
Of $20,425,000 Bonds And Notes To Finance A Portion Of The Costs
