  1. Please post the letter. Covid is spreading in our neighborhood BH nobody is very sick or dying chalila but precautions should be taken.

Murphy says its all Trumps fault. Yawn. Murphy is incompetent along with Cuomo and Deblasio. Their answer is keep everything shut, ruin peoples lives with economic hardship and let people loot and don't jail them, let them back on the streets and continue the disturbances. Sure, send covid patients to nursing homes.
Sure, just blame Trump for it all. The NY NJ governors know all the answers and how to deal with it all. Sure.

  4. First they ignore Trump and then they blame him. Do they think the public is so stupid?

  5. Yes the public is so stupid as they are busy looking at the TV and cable trash.

    1. Right. Only people who read the Yated and watch Fox News aren't sheep, they understand on their own to believe everything Ben Shapiro tells them.

  6. The descion to force universal masking even on everyone to make peer pressure is not medical. Its a gezeira that anyone can make

  7. Waiting for the rabbonim to sign to heed the directive. Without the rabbinim signing off on the request of the doctors and enforcing the rules in their Shul’s they won’t be followed. Sad but true.

  8. Not all doctors signed on and no Rabbonim signed.

    1. If your doctor didn’t sign, you probably have nothing to worry about. Don’t wear a mask and go to a Covid party. You’re all ok

    2. Local Dr's don't know anymore than anyone else who does there research on this. The only advantage they bring is knowing the local situation.

For example, they can relay that there has been an uptick in cases. As far as their reasoning why there hasn't been serious illness like last time, that is pure speculation on their part

  10. I get high blood pressure every time these doctors come with ordrers. NOBODY ELECTED THEM ! If somone wants their opinion, go and ask them. But dictating anything to anyone is outrageous. Especially in light that none of them know anything about epidimiology. They know about epidemics what dentists know about cancer.
In general, the medical establishment has lost much of its credibilty over the last half year, starting with Fauci and down.

    1. I hate to break it to you, but medicine is not a democracy. Elected doctors are no more credible than unelected ones

    2. Please quote doctors or medical professionals that argue with the ones in Lakewood. Easy for you to anonymously belittle a doctor who puts his and her life on the line to treat others.
The doctors can remain quiet. They don’t gain anything personally by providing their recommendations.
You on the other hand are disagreeing with something that may be important to someone’s health.

    3. Anonymous 6:30 - I would advise you to take care of your blood pressure quickly. It can cause heart disease. Regular exercise, cutting back on caffeine and nicotine intake can help. Some say apple cider vinegar can help, but only if drunk from a glass cup, held in the left hand, on days that have a 'y' in their name, while wearing red sweat pants and a chef's hat and nothing else.

  11. Why are the doctors and askanim only concerned with ruchniyus nut did not do anything or put out letters during the summer not to travel to Florida or other areas. That is where it was brought back from

    ReplyDelete
    Replies
    1. They are tired of putting out letters telling people to listen when everyone does what they want. If people would listen they would publish. You can say no Florida but people will go for cheap tickets. RabbInim can say outdoor minyan and the Ibur chachomim know better. Why do they want to get involved anymore?
Do you want them to publish that if there is Covid in a Shul or school it must be closed?? If they do there will be people who will harass them and say that they don’t care about learning about chinuch.

  12. Don't mask to follow anyone's orders. Wear your mask as a gesture of sensitivity and chessed to those who have hidden high risk conditions.

  13. These doctors overplayed their cards during the March-May lockdown. No one going to listen to them now.

    1. Talk for yourself. I would be following them if I would not be the only one in my Shul, grocery store, school orientation etc. And I’ve spoken to many which say they same. It is the people who are going against the doctors that are making the people who wear the masks feel stupid.

    2. You are more than welcome to wear a mask. If it makes you happy i don't care if you wear a mask.

AS for me liberty or death!
