  1. Where is the SIX MILLION DOLLARS in stimulus money BMG was required to give out? None of the yungeleit in my chaburah received their federal grant funds from BMG?? I spoke to yungeleit in other chaburos and they also received nothing. What's going on?!

    2. Not sure what your goal is, but you're making people like me get annoyed and upset at BMG yungerleit, which is causing a chilul Hashem and less donations for Torah.

Your question has been answered many times. The money was used to pay up your open tuition balances.

    3. If you look at your recent kollel checks they are being paid from the CARES account (grant/stimulus money). Yeshiva also sent two different letters home that they are using the CARES money to pay the regular kollel check. The first letter stated that there is a possibility for a small bonus over the regular amount, but that's it.

    4. The cares act was supposed to be for relief from COVID. It has nothing to do with KOLLEL checks. It is extra funding

    5. What about bochurim who dont get a kollel check

    6. What about yungeleit that don’t receive a kollel check? How is it fair to forget about them, especially when the federal grant was sent with them in mind too??

    7. Your bickering is slandering Kollel yungeleit.

      1) It's clear that you're not learning in BMG.

      2) Do you want someone to give you $150 - or are you just interested in settling a score with the CEO? Is the $150 just a convenient tool with which you're seeking to settle that score?

Problem is, just don't settle your scores at the expense of slandering yungeleit who are dedicating themselves to just sit and learn, and are way above having a few months long tantrum about $150.

Settle scores, if you like. Just be cautious about the peripheral damage.

    1. Why? My kids are happy to wear it. I explained to the younger ones that its like seat belts. We don't expect to get into a crash every time we get into a car but we take precautions just in case. Same with masks. We don't expect to get sick every time we walk into a store but we take precautions. NO anxiety, no phobias. And for the older ones I explained to them the concept of caring for other people who are vulnerable. Not only are they not anxious about wearing masks, they are proud to be caring for others with this simple action.

    2. Putting kids to sleep is child abuse. Major abuse. Ask the kid himself.

  3. So you stopped getting your check when you stopped coming to seder? Or you think you should have gotten a raise? What is your point exactly? Can you link to guidelines that outline why you should be receiving more money just because your institution was awarded a grant?

  4. Sadly, your children will likely develop anxiety.
Masks deprives a child the ability to socially interact .
SEEING FACIAL CLUES IS CRITICAL FOR SOCIAL INTERACTIONS.
This is causing child anxiety and phobias .

  5. What happened at the meeting last night how many girls are still without school.

  6. It appears that nothing came out of last night's meeting of the high schools. My daughter is still not placed and neither are any of the other girls that we know of. And to those that say that I am trying to get into a particular school or a school unsuitable for my daughter, let me be very clear...i am willing to send to any school that will take my daughter...even a new school!! I just want her to have a place like every other one of her peers. She is a good kid with no issues from a good family with no issues yet here we are on Sep 1st and she has still not been accepted to any school.

    2. I know of a high school that accepted 12 kids on the list, yet many of the parents are holding out for the school of their (fantasy) choice. And it's not a new school nor a bum school.

  7. It does 'jive'. My daughter is in the same boat - good girl etc. without a school....

  8. If LSTA will give back credit for the 150 per child it took from parents and
did not not provide service maybe it will be a zechus for funding to be restored.

  9. Busing is mandated for private school too if you are eliigable the state has to pay for it. This is all a game. murphy cant deny state mandated transportation. The school district will have to pay. The lsta may lose some extra money

  10. Amazing News!
There has not been one Covid death of any Lakewood Citizen in a month !!
Blessed is Hashem who guards the city of Torah !

  11. Lakewood taxes pay for busing. The LSTA took away the power from the BOE to control the mandated busing for the private schools and gave it to the LSTA. the funding is from tax dollars.
