- Israeli ambassador to the UN Danny Danon officially notified members of the Security Council that within 48 hours the State of Israel will end its cooperation with UNRWA. UNRWA must cease its activities in Israel and evacuate all of its facilities in Jerusalem

- Trump invites Netanyahu to white house  nextvl week as first foreign leader to visit. Netanyahu will come to the US on Tuesday Feb 4.

- The US President's Middle East envoy, Steve Witkoff, will visit the Gaza and Kerem Shalom crossing tomorrow. In the afternoon, he will meet with the Prime Minister Netanyahu, the Minister of Defense Katz, and Minister Dermer

- Family members of several hostages who are set to be released from Gaza in the coming weeks expressed dread over their loved ones’ fates on Tuesday after Hamas conveyed information saying that eight of those 33 hostages are dead.  IDF told them loved ones may be dead

- The D9 bulldozers that Biden halted from Israel have arrived. IDF soldiers died in Lebanon due to not having the D9 in battle and had to enter booby trapped buildings according to generals during the war.

- Trump was asked if Egyptian President al-Sisi would agree to take in refugees from Gaza and said, "I would love to do it; I wish he would take some of them. We helped them a lot, and I'm sure he will help us. He's a friend of mine. He's in a tough neighborhood in a very tough part of the world. But I think he'll do it, and the King of Jordan will do it too."

- Israel Defense Minister Katz at Syrian Mount Hermon: “The IDF will remain on the summit of the Syrian Mount Hermon and in the security zone indefinitely to ensure the security of the Golan Heights and northern communities and all residents of the State of Israel.  We will not allow hostile forces to establish themselves in the security zone in southern Syria - from here to the Sweida-Damascus axis, and we will act against any threat.”

- UN Secretary-General Antonio Guterres: "500 Palestinian children are missing throughout the Gaza Strip. I ask that Israel help from the air and on the ground to find them

- An Israeli official involved in the process is hinting that Israel intends to return to fighting in Gaza when the agreement to release the hostages is exhausted. "We are committed to all the goals of the war.

- Trump plan to relocate palestinians from Gaza: “When you look at the Gaza Strip, it’s been hell for so many years,” Trump said. “There have been various civilizations on that strip. It didn’t start here. It started thousands of years before, and there’s always been violence associated with it. You could get people living in areas that are a lot safer and maybe a lot better and maybe a lot more comfortable.”
