    2. "Our learning protects the Zionists."

Which perfectly explains why since the war started, 891 IDF soldiers have been killed, and 5,569 have been wounded.

    4. one would have to be a total imbecile not to appreciate the kindness Hashem has shown His nation over the past year and two months.

After the entire Israeli security apparatus failed on simchas Torah, the situation looked terrible. They were locked in from all sides and Iran looked like it was running strong. The entire world joined in to pile on. It looks very, very different now.

Had you told most people, including all of the political class and upper idf, that Iran (the ayatollahs ימ"ש) would currently be struggling for their survival, they would have scoffed at you or worried that tension and anxiety has brought you to lose your mind. But it has happened, amazingly.

This should reveal to any thinking human that prior to oct 7 was also miraculous. Are the blasphemous what brought about the miricles, or is it those who serve Hashem.

And is it serving Hashem what brought about the tragedies, or is it the blasphemy?

  3. Is Hamas still in control of civilian life in gaza? Are they still in charge of giving out humanitarian aid and traffic tickets?

  6. You're between friends there is no reason to repeat all that nonsense which you don't believe either. Yes a country needs an army you know it I know it we all know it. The reality is the reason charedim Never shouldered the responsibility for the security is because they don't really believe in having an independent country they would be just as happy under the mandate...... Is more or less.... Deep down we might like it but we're not ready to pay for it without our lives.... Of course there are other valid reasons but this is the Is the real one

    1. If they were so happy staying under the mandate then they should expect the same benefits the mandate gave them. Which was less than even the most draconian threats of cutting benefits to Chariedim if they don’t enlist were.

    2. Actually they should have little problem with that. There were many advantages of the Mandate.Until zionist instigations unsettled the countryside.
Some leading orthodox Jews were very pro Mandate
The righteous pioneer Dr.Wallach founder of Shaare Tzedek hospital needed a bodyguard because he was too pro Mandate.
The notable agudist Harry Goodman was heckled because he was considered pro Mandate.
The orthodox 'Queen' Anne Edith Landau who interestingly was close with R'Sonnenfeld was welcomed in leading Mandate circles, & was very pro Mandate

    3. There was never any possibility of the British Mandate being permanent. They only took over as a trusteeship until Palestine would become an independent country. Some Chariedi groups in the 1930s tried to get British citizenship. Some tried to convince to the British to remain and establish a government is some parts of Eretz Yisroel. The British refused both requests.

    4. They didn't refuse. They eventually washed their hands from the whole thing due to
a.Primarily aggressive organized racketeering internationalist natioalisms i.e.zionism, & in turn the predictable reaction in Arabism
b.American latent residue early anti-colonial attitude
c.Internal & external Communist/socialist anti- mandate endless propaganda
Had those non-nationalist groupings been given more room by their own co-religionists,likely the Mandate would have stayed.

    5. Britain had even more control and more of a claim in many other countries in the 1930s and 40s. They didn't stay in a single one. They certainly weren't going to make an exception for a country that to begin with they only agreed to be in charge of on a temporary basis. The Arab population was using plenty of violence to get rid of them too. Had they left control to those Arab groups it would have been an absolute disaster.

    6. False. They stayed in many eg Malaysia,
      Eastern Africa.
The Labour socialist anti-colonial Mandate gov't which took over in '45 was ironically more anti giving away Palestine to the Jews [even though most Jews & the Histadrut! campaigned for them] than even the previous Coalition Imperial Conservative Gov't.
All threads run through Palestine.Hence the earlier Defense of Egypt.
