    2. Maybe these rabonim are wrong, and the Rabonim that hold that it’s the greatest mitzvah in the Torah are right? Or that’s way too scary a thought for you to consider?

    1. We don't vote on one issue, we vote on an overall package.

    2. R Binyomin denies that vehemently and you should always trust him since he would never lie. Israel is a sovereign nation who makes decisions based on what's best for klal yisroel ,never do they take into consideration what their sponsors $$$ demand of them.

    3. What evidence is there that Trump pressured Israel into it? Why do Trump haters so blindly believe every allegation against him? Can't they think for themselves sometimes?

  6. Being a long time Trump supporter, I must say that I am a bit concerned on the current situation with the hostage negotiations
My support for Trump was based on his record of being pro Israel, bringing back values to this country and sticking it to the leftists which I always enjoy.
Though I the reported story seems to be that Trump forced Netanyahu into this deal which is against Israel's interests and harms Israel's security situation, he might be the only one in the room thinking clearly.
The mission of this war to bring back the hostages and destroy Hamas.
    Both have been failures.
While it has been somewhat successful in dealing Hamas a heavy blow, they will probably recover from this and give it some years they'll be back to their original strength and better experienced. Israel has no plan in Gaza for after the war, as soon as Israel is out Hamas will be in
Regarding the hostages it has been an utter failure, a total of 15 were rescued.
All this while 400 soldiers died.
At this point, a ceasefire might be the best option forward. Most Israelis support it, Chareidi parties support, the ones who oppose it are the Mizrachi parties who had a disproportionate amount of soldiers killed R"L and Netanyahu who is losing political points.
Regarding Trump, is this a new pro Arab policy and throwing Israel to the wolves or is he still the same Oheiv Yisrael that he was before, just pushing a deal against a reluctant PM, I don't know
Either way 'לב מלכים ושרים ביד ה' so we need to continue davening

    1. The sad part is, people were warned. Many people figured that Trump's burning need to seal the deal would push him to squeeze Netanyahu past his limits, but people were blinded by Trump's vapid statements.

Anyone who listened to Trump without trying to project his biases on him, could tell that this would be his MO. The same frivolous nature that led him to pardon anyone whom his sycophants suggested, which worked in the favor of some Yidden, causes him to act in this way to Israel.

But go on bleating about Burisma, like it will help you.
